Manifestation: first the universe gives you who you are. It's a reflection of your reality. When your heart desires something that thought is already created in the quantum field. You are not to worry about the "How" it will happen but make the changes to attract it to you.
Understanding Manifesting Definitions:
Manifesting means to make something evident or certain by showing or displaying it. Visualization involves forming mental visual images, and your subconscious processes these images as if they were real.
Imagination refers to the act or power of forming a mental image of something that is not present to the senses or has never been wholly perceived in reality.
Beliefs are a state or habit of mind in which trust or confidence is placed in a person or thing.
Subconscious programming refers to the reptilian part of your brain, which can be altered through hypnosis, visualization, and other similar techniques.
By reducing the noise of the analytical mind, you can change the programs that control your beliefs, habits, and emotional responses.
When you intentionally and positively change these programs, that's when the real magic happens.
Here are some tips to help you manifest!
Tip #1 -What do you desire?
To achieve your goals, it is important to have a clear picture of what you want. Start by writing it down, and be sure to include as much detail as possible. Use all your senses to create a vivid picture in your mind, imagining what it would look, feel, smell, sound, and taste like. The subconscious mind doesn't distinguish between what is real and what is imagined, so the more details you provide, the more effective it will be in helping you achieve your goal. When you focus on the details, try to feel the emotions you would feel if you had already achieved your goal. This will help you to stay motivated and keep moving forward.
Tip #2 -: Look at your beliefs, habits, patterns, and subconscious programs.
Write down what is preventing you from achieving your manifestation. Sometimes we aren’t aware of our subconscious programs (beliefs, habits, patterns, and loops) as they run in the background and are hardwired into our circuitry.
Allow me to explain some science for a moment. Your subconscious programming is hardwired in the circuitry of your brain, which means that it runs automatically and sometimes without your awareness. However, neuroplasticity allows us to rewire our subconscious programming using tools like self-hypnosis. It's worth noting that all hypnosis is self-hypnosis. Your mind and body listen to your thoughts all day, and you are in a theta state at least twice a day - when you go to sleep and when you wake up. By reprogramming your beliefs, you can automatically take aligned actions towards your goals and intentions, which in turn help you manifest your desires.
Taking action is a significant part of manifesting your dreams. Action is part of Law for attraction. Our lives are shaped by our habits, and manifesting is about becoming the person that makes your desired result inevitable. Carl Jung explains how we create personalities to deal with life. So why not create a better version of yourself that lives the best life? Or quantum leap into the version of yourself that already has it all!
Reprogramming your subconscious programming not only enables you to take aligned actions but also allows you to check in with your heart and soul for more inspired guidance. Learning how to manifest is about opening up to inspired guidance and listening to your heart and your body. Ask yourself, "What is the right thing to do now?"

Tip #3 - Surrender! You need to let go of the attachment to achieving your goal.
Although the most challenging part, it is crucial to trust that we are being guided and that we will always be okay no matter what. We must have faith that we will always have access to everything we need, and we are meant for incredible things without having to struggle, criticize, or stress ourselves out to achieve them. Such actions only slow us down and make our lives tedious.
Our purpose is to have fun and be ourselves!
Creating our destinies requires a moment-by-moment commitment to following our inner guidance rather than letting our minds get carried away, planning things that might not be the best way forward. Manifesting is a journey of recognizing that we are already good enough. We don't have to achieve, do, create, or become anything to be worthy or deserving. We need to understand that we get to create what we desire because we are already worthy and deserving. Knowing that we are worthy and that our lives have beauty right here, right now, helps us give ourselves permission to be happy along the way, and to enjoy every moment.
As we walk this path, everything that is meant for us will come flowing into our lives easily and effortlessly, so gracefully that we can't believe it. It's like magic! EVERYTHING ALWAYS GOES MY WAY!
Tip #4 - Hypnosis
One effective method for changing your internal dialog and programming is hypnosis. You can record your voice and play affirmations at bedtime. You can repeat them daily. This method can help program your subconscious mind to align with your conscious desires. The Law of Concentrated Intention states that focusing our attention on an idea tends to make it a reality. On the other hand, the Law of Reversed Effect suggests that the harder we try to achieve something, the more difficult it becomes. Lastly, the Law of Dominant Effect highlights that pairing a suggestion with a strong emotion enhances its impact, without replacing any previous suggestions.
